Mastip Technology Launches Next Generation Nexus System With FlowLoc Nozzles

Turn-Key Solution Offers Superior Thermal Performance with Simple Installation

Mastip Technology, a supplier of specialist hotrunner solutions to the global plastics industry, announced today the release of their latest turnkey solution, Nexus Pre-Assembled and Pre-Wired Systems incorporating FlowLoc Nozzle Technology. Nexus Systems are supplied pre-assembled and pre-wired ready to be installed into a mold without the need of pre-heating. Nexus is ideal for automotive, appliance and electrical applications. Utilizing the advanced technology of FlowLoc Nozzles, the system offers a superior thermal profile allowing a wide molding window without the risk of polymer leakage while offering protection from accidental cold condition starting. Nexus Systems are able to process a wide range of commodity and aggressive engineering grade polymers; are suitable for high-pressure applications and fully customizable to suit any specific requirements.

Mastip’s new Nexus Systems are compatible with FlowLoc 16, 19 and 27 Series thermal gate nozzles, which attach securely to the manifold with a threaded connection for the ultimate leak-proof solution. Pre-assembled, Nexus is fast and easy to install out of the box, includes a customized wiring trunk to match specific mold layouts, and offers quick removal of the complete unit from the mold for ease of service.
