The new HASCO high-temperature O-rings Z98HT/… can be used in a range of mouldmaking applications to seal heating/cooling channels.
Made of a special FKM material (fluorinated rubber copolymer), the O-rings are eminently suitable for applications with hot water and steam up to 180°C. Their low compression set additionally permits optimum and reliable deployment. The new rings additionally offer a high chemical resistance and excellent ageing characteristics. Production outages due to leaks are thus considerably reduced.

To clearly distinguish the new O-rings from the standard FKM rings in optical terms, they have been given an additional orange PTFE anti-friction coating.
The new HASCO high-temperature O-rings Z98HT/… are compatible with the proven Z98/… O-rings. They are suitable for dynamic and static sealing and can be mounted both axially and radially. Around 40 sizes have now been added to the HASCO product portfolio.
