Graham Engineering Corporation Named Paul Lemmers As Vice President Of Operations

David Schroeder, President and CEO of Graham Engineering Corporation, has appointed Paul Lemmers as Vice President of Operations.
In this role, Mr. Lemmers will have responsibility for quoting, planning, supply chain, assembly and project management for all of the company’s product lines and its 1,57,000 square foot (14,585 square meter) facility in York, Pennsylvania.
“Paul’s lean expertise coupled with his leadership philosophy make him a strong addition to the Graham Engineering team,” said Mr. Schroeder.

Mr. Lemmers joins Graham Engineering Corporation following a 19 year career at Danaher/ Fortive Corporation, where he served in Senior Operations Roles of Progressing Responsibility in 4 of its businesses.
Prior to his career with Danaher/ Fortive, he was Facilities Engineering Manager at Lear Corporation. He also served for 5 years as a Nuclear Power Officer, Submarines, in the U.S. Navy, following his graduation from the Navy Nuclear Propulsion Program.
Paul Lemmers holds a B.Sc. in mechanical engineering from Texas Tech University. He is a Six Sigma Black Belt with additional certifications including Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, Value Stream Mapping, Daily Management, and Problem Solving.
