Model MT 700 TRIM-in-Mold Thermoforming , which is an automatic, servo electric mechanically driven pressure forming machine with additional tilting movement and automatic stacking system. The MT 700 is suitable for all typical thermoplastIc materials, particularly for products that require precise trim tolerances such as deep draw PP containers or drink cups.

The top stationery platen is designed the servo driven male plug and the bottom platen is fitted with a moving mechanism that enables the mold to tilt 75 Degrees followed by ejecting the formed containers for stacking. The bottom platen movement is driven by a conjugated cam system that is coordinated with a hydraulically driven mechanism for final trim action.

The energy saving insulated heat tunnel is mounted with high quality ceramics heating elements and equipped with multi-controlled zones to ensure the temperature of the sheet is precisely managed. The chain feed index is controlled by a servo motor for accurate index and synchronous signals for the program interface. The servo driven plug assist is included for the uniform wall distribution control. 12″HMI interface touch screen, where all parameters can be set/view and recipe  also can be stored.

MP2200 products synchronize sequence control and motion control in one tightly integrated platform. This is a compact controller  offering a larger, more configurable rack system with 9 slots to allow expansion of I/O and connectivity with Ethernet , Device Net and Profibus network options.

The scrap web after trimming can fed to in-line grinder to minimize the space & manpower. One can also integrate further down – stream like Rim Roller, Auto Counter & Auto packing system.
